  1. New trainer: start at yakkamon.com and follow its registration prompts. The official documentation describes email-based pre-registration.
  2. Returning trainer: open the official trainer dashboard. If it asks you to authenticate, follow the instructions there using your existing account.
  3. Checking Mint eligibility: use the Mint guide and official whitelist checker. This is separate from entering the game.

Registered does not mean early access

Pre-registration awards a Monster Egg. Sign-up order determines its tier; points rank determines early-access eligibility. The official documentation currently describes early access in November or December 2026, with the exact launch date still to be announced.

Being able to view a trainer dashboard is not confirmation that the game has opened for your account. Check the official launch timeline before treating this as a login fault.

If you cannot get into your account

These are general checks, not confirmed fixes for a particular Yakkamon error.

  1. Check that the address is exactly yakkamon.com. Start again from the official home page if you followed an old social link.
  2. Use the same account details you registered with. If the official flow sends an email, check its recipient and your spam folder. Never send a login code to YakkaCompass.
  3. Check announcements on the official site before repeatedly retrying. A paused X-linking quest is a different issue from signing into your trainer account.
  4. If the page is blank or stuck, try an updated browser or a private window to check whether the problem is local to your browser. This does not change your account or eligibility.
  5. If it persists, use help channels linked from the official site. Record the error text and time, without including passwords, codes or wallet recovery words.
